Initial Assessment

Before each appointment there will be an assessment of what needs to be worked on for the session. I review all information given to me prior to seeing a new client, but I like to go over everything in person just so I'm clear about any issues and how I can help.

I use a variety of techniques. You are always in control to speak up to the comfort zone of different pressures.

I will always ask permission before I use anything on a client so if you know you don't like any of these items you just need to let me know.
